Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior global leader based in New York. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position supporting a Global Vice Chair.The ideal candidate is exceptionally polished, proactive, and operates with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. It is best suited for individuals with a proven track record of supporting senior executives at the highest levels within large law firms or well-known corporate organizations.This role requires flexibility, including the ability to be in-office when leadership is present, adapt to last-minute scheduling changes, and occasionally respond to urgent matters outside standard business hours. There may also be opportunities to travel with leadership as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic partner to a senior global leader, handling sensitive, confidential, and time-critical mattersRepresent leadership with professionalism when interacting with partners, clients, and senior stakeholdersAnticipate needs and proactively manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environmentBuild strong relationships across the organization to support key initiativesDraft and refine executive-level communications, presentations, and reportsManage complex global calendars, coordinating high-level meetings across time zonesOversee detailed domestic and international travel arrangements with contingency planningCoordinate executive meetings, initiatives, and events, including logistics and follow-upsPartner with finance and operations teams on budgeting, billing, and client-related mattersAssist with review of contracts, proposals, and financial materialsMaintain strict confidentiality and adhere to information governance standardsNavigate high-pressure situations and competing priorities with professionalismQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, global chairs, or senior leadershipExperience within a large law firm or well-known corporate environment strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to operate independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital fluencyWork Environment & ExpectationsHybrid role with flexibility required based on leadership scheduleOccasional travel with senior leadership may be requiredAvailability to handle urgent communications outside standard business hours when neededFast-paced, demanding environment with high expectations for quality and responsivenessCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $150,000 – $225,000 , depending on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
