Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java & Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern distributed architectures, along with excellent communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
" Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
" Build and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka
" Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
" Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS) and messaging systems (MQ/Kafka)
" Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and DevOps
" Follow best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies

Required Skills
" Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot
" Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development
" Proficiency in Apache Kafka / messaging systems
" Good understanding of API design, security, and integration patterns
" Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
" Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
