Job Title: Senior Java and Curam Developer

Provide comprehensive business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for enterprise application development and maintenance.
Utilize Java, ReactJS, and IBM C ram programming technologies to design, develop, and maintain code for system enhancements and defect resolution.
Support payment error rate reduction efforts, including evidence automations, case approvals, and proactive QC alerts for critical assistance programs.
Design and develop underlying rules for food nutrition and SNAP products, supporting batch processes and system interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional application development teams, business stakeholders, and Agile teams to develop code based on existing and new requirements.
Partner with the release team to manage source control, code builds, and release-related activities.
7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML, and related tools.
7+ years of experience as a Curam Developer, engaging in the full lifecycle of requirements through functional design and testing.
7+ years of experience developing with both the Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules.
7+ years of experience in Social Enterprise Management.
5+ years of experience using Curam Enterprise Framework Components, Curam Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and C ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
5+ years of technical expertise in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).
Certification: Curam V6/7/8 Certified Developer (V8 highly preferred).
Proven ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
Strong documentation skills using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5+ years of experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
5+ years of experience with state government IT functions.
3+ years of experience using Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
3+ years of experience with Curam Web Services.
3+ years of experience in AWS or other Cloud Development environments (AWS Cloud Development Certification is a major plus).
3+ years of experience in Python programming.
3+ years of experience with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.
