About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager to lead our enterprise integration initiatives and drive digital transformation across our organization. This critical leadership position requires a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation while managing complex integration architectures that connect diverse systems, applications, and data sources.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management, combined with strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery. You will be responsible for developing and executing our integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flow across our technology ecosystem, and establishing best practices that support scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and maintain the enterprise integration roadmap aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
• Lead the design and implementation of integration architecture frameworks that support current and future business needs
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend solutions that enhance organizational capabilities
• Establish integration standards, governance policies, and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify integration opportunities that drive business value
• Manage integration budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships

Technical Management & Architecture

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise integration solutions using middleware platforms, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and API management tools
• Ensure seamless integration between cloud-based applications, on-premises systems, and third-party services
• Architect and implement RESTful and SOAP web services, microservices architectures, and event-driven integration patterns
• Lead data integration initiatives including ETL processes, data warehousing, and real-time data synchronization
