Senior IT Governance Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst to support technology governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise standards within a large organization who will work across technology and business teams to evaluate IT solutions, strengthen governance practices, identify technology risks, and help ensure systems and processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support IT governance processes and technology reviews across the organization.

• Review technology solutions for alignment with security, compliance, risk, and organizational standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to address technology governance and risk requirements.

• Maintain governance and technology documentation, standards, and supporting materials.

• Monitor and report on technology risk, compliance, and governance metrics.

• Support application portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.

• Identify technology risks and assist with the development and tracking of mitigation plans.

• Participate in third-party and vendor risk management activities.

• Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation and evidence gathering.

• Help improve governance processes, controls, and procedures across the technology organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, IT risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, or a related technology discipline.

• Experience working with technology governance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk management processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as CISA, ITIL, PMP, or similar.
