Description

Requirements

7 or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise software modernization.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for advanced agile backlog management and release tracking.
Experience with Visual Studio .NET and supporting large-scale cloud-hosted application deployments.
Experience in developing technical user stories, use cases, and comprehensive requirements traceability matrices.
Experience with executing rigorous testing methodologies for custom applications, large datasets, and dashboards.
Experience in conducting business process modeling, gap analysis, and documenting complex API dependencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate high-profile stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

Translate complex enterprise business needs into actionable user stories and precise technical acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize agile product backlogs and sprint planning activities utilizing Azure DevOps.
Architect future-state process workflows and identify targeted opportunities for system automation.
Support large-scale legacy migrations to modern cloud-hosted infrastructures by documenting system integrations.
Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions and coordinate formal stakeholder approvals.
Coordinate rigorous user acceptance testing, functional data validation, and ongoing defect triage operations.
Guide post-release validation and ensure deployed solutions strictly adhere to enterprise security governance.
