The Opportunity - International Tax Senior Manager

We're seeking a hands-on, highly analytical International Tax Senior Manager to own U.S. international tax compliance, sophisticated modeling, and regional tax oversight for Canada. Reporting to the Director of U.S. International Tax and based in San Jose, this visible role combines day-to-day execution with process and modeling infrastructure development. You'll partner closely with tax leadership while mentoring teammates and driving process improvements in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
As tax laws, business operations, and the global operating environment continue to evolve rapidly, we need a Senior Manager who is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and expand their impact across the organization, helping the organization navigate complex tax matters effectively.

A Day in the Life
You might start the day by refining a dynamic ETR forecast model, review tax compliance workbooks with your team, jump on a call with advisors about a new regulation, and end by presenting modeling insights to senior tax leaders-all while helping Adobe deliver creative tools to millions worldwide.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,100 -- $254,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $175,600 - $254,200
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
