Purpose Statement The Senior HR Generalist is a cross‑functional, enterprise‑level individual contributor role that strengthens the associate experience and business outcomes across the Supply Chain function. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise AEN – Supply Chain, this role provides governance, execution discipline, analytics, and coordination across the AEN (Associate Experience Network) Business Partner community. The role requires an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, associate relations, compliance, organizational design, and transformation. The Senior HR Generalist drives disciplined problem‑solving, enterprise governance, and continuous improvement—enabling data‑informed decision‑making, operational stability, consistent service delivery, and adoption of enterprise platforms and standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 7+ years ) in progressive HR roles, with a strong focus on associate relations, organizational design, M&A, and transformation. Experience supporting enterprise‑level change, governance, and execution across matrixed organizations. Strong analytical capability, including development and interpretation of HR metrics and executive‑level insights . Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. High level of judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong project and program management capabilities, including ownership of tracking, reporting, and interdependencies. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and execution skills in high‑volume, high‑change environments . Proven ability to drive follow‑through and deliver executive‑ready updates and insights.
COMPENSATION In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location. Annual Range/Hourly Rate $85,989.00 - $116,338.00
