Senior HR Generalist - UNION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Manage recruitment efforts, including screening and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development programs for employee growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.

A successful Senior HR Generalist should have:

• 5+ years of HR experience within the manufacturing space.
• Experience working with unionized populations required.
• Experience with HR operations and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite.
