Senior HR Generalist
Location: Remote | Texas-Based
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $48/hr.+ Based on Experience

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a client supporting a growing, fast-paced organization. This role combines hands-on employee relations, HR compliance, HR systems management, and strategic business partnership. The position offers potential for permanent placement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and compensation initiatives.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide HR guidance and independently resolve workplace challenges.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable roles.
• Active PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of employment law compliance, HRIS platforms, and HR reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and provide practical solutions.
• Must currently reside in Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience in technology, IT, data centers, industrial construction, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis, workforce reporting, and HR process improvement.
• Previous HR management or leadership experience.
