    Scope:

    This position will manage the HR function, advice and strategic business partnership for all Quality Operations and other global functions, working with senior leadership to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the organization, and oversee HR functions and staff.

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Minimum 8 years'' experience in H.R. business partnering experience and wide range of HR areas including TA, total reward, engagement.

    • Labor Legislation knowledge

    • Strategic Planning capabilities

    • Well-developed interpersonal skills.

    • Must be able to interact with all levels in the organization.

    • Well organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft products.

    • Ability to lead and effect change.

    This job requires 10-20% travel.

    • Develop and execute workforce plans aligned with business strategy and goals.

    • Ensures compliance with Company policies and ensures a consistent practice. Proactively identifies problems central to business strategy and forecasts potential obstacles to success.

    • Oversee programs administered by the HR department, which includes employee wellness, engagement activities, benefits, staffing, on boarding, & professional development.

    • Responds to escalated HR or personnel issues. Conducts confidential investigation.

    • Ensures organization follows regulatory requirements within the HR function.

    • Acts as a coach for managers regarding employee relations issues including performance improvement & development plans and progressive discipline.

    • Responds to escalated Human Resource issues including investigation of internal and external complaints.

    • Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, and developments in the profession. Make recommendations for implementation.

    • Acts within scope of authority consistent with Company objectives, guidelines, policies, and practices.

    • Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

    • Leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment.
