Loop is looking for a strategic and hands-on People Operations leader to partner closely with the founders and senior leadership to build a world-class company and employee experience. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead our People Operations team and own the design of HR systems, policies, and programs that enable Loop to scale through a period of hyper growth.

You'll play a central part in integrating HR practices across newly acquired companies, ensuring that employees feel supported and aligned as we grow together.
