What You'll Do


As a Senior Field Service Technician, you'll be trusted to diagnose, repair, maintain, and support a wide range of material handling and industrial equipment throughout your assigned territory.

You'll work directly with customers, solve complex mechanical challenges, and play a critical role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance inspections
  • Conduct safety inspections and equipment evaluations
  • Document service activity and repair recommendations
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment condition and repair solutions
  • Manage service calls efficiently within assigned territory
  • Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and professionalism

  • 5+ years of experience as a Forklift Technician, Field Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Equipment Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Technician
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drivetrains, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in industrial environments
  • Material handling industry experience
  • OEM dealership experience
  • ASE Certifications
  • Forklift Certifications
  • Electrical troubleshooting expertise
  • Diesel engine repair experience
  • Battery-powered equipment experience
  • Experience using diagnostic software and service management system
