• Design, layout & consult Sprinkler, water-based fire protection systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Develop shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, permit submittals, and material takeoffs
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, field teams, and AHJ

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of fire sprinkler design experience
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable fire codes
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and hydraulic calculation software
• Experience designing wet, dry, preaction, and standpipe systems
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with multiple trades
• Strong understanding of sprinkler layouts, piping systems, and water supply analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• NICET Water-Based Systems Layout certification
• Revit and BIM experience
• Commercial and industrial project experience
