We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Physician Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help to ensure the accurate and timely management of the provider compensation plans for Piedmont's employed physician group. The Senior Financial Compensation Analyst will work with department leadership to ensure provider compensation remains competitive, aligns with industry standards, and supports our organizational objectives. This position requires proactive collaboration and communication with various departments and key stakeholders and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience working in provider compensation are preferred. Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field preferred, but not required.
Remote position, state of Georgia preferred
Responsibilities: Responsible for variance analysis, strategic financial initiative modeling, budgeting, and financial trends at the department and service line level. Works collaboratively with department managers, corporate departments and other business leaders in preparing financial information.
