Key Responsibilities

Own and support the Financial Planning & Analysis function
Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning tools
Analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
Evaluate business performance, identify trends, and make recommendations
Support acquisition analysis and integration initiatives
Improve reporting processes and implement scalable FP&A best practices
Deliver insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance required
Strong FP&A experience with advanced financial modeling skills
Heavy data analysis experience
Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders
Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of key initiatives
