Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as required by departmental needs.
* Follows safety practices and protocols per NFPA 70E at all times
* Travels to customer locations in a company vehicle to perform service activities
* Performs maintenance to ensure compliance to product specifications
* Installs or replaces batteries in inverter systems
* Performs system start up and commissioning
* Troubleshoots and repairs advanced level issues


Education / Experience
* Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years technical training related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience plus
* 5+ years of experience as a field service technician.
