    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and integrate custom software for EMR interoperability.
    • Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using cloud-based tools.
    • Design and implement healthcare data ingestion pipelines using HL7v2, CCDA, and FHIR standards.
    • Develop SMART on FHIR applications with authentication and authorization (UDAP Security Flow, CDS Hooks).
    • Maintain and enhance FHIR-based interfaces, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Support and optimize production data exchange solutions.
    Required Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in software development with multi-tier architecture.
    • 4+ years of experience developing software components in HAPI/SMILE-CDR FHIR server using Java/JavaScript.
    • 3+ years of experience in FHIR interface design, development, and administration.
    • Experience in SMART on FHIR security configuration (UDAP, CDS Hooks).
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (SNOMED, CPT, ICD-10, LOINC, RXNORM).
    • Familiarity with Interoperability and Patient Access final rule (CMS-9115-F).
    • Required Certifications: HL7 FHIR Certification, Cloud Administration (Azure/AWS).

    Compensation: $75.00 per hour
