Key Responsibilities:
Support a highly visible Executive and their team with event/meeting planning, calendaring, written and verbal correspondence, and community relations with ultimate discretion of private information
Take the reins on business projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, acting with foresight and responding with efficiency
Organize corporate office workflow in offering organizational assistanceoffer cross-departmental support within the company
Partner with the Executive teams Assistants on company-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Platform
Proven experience supporting high-level Executives with tact and poise
Experience working for a company with a luxury, high-end brand. Real Estate/Development, Family Organizations, and Professional Service Firms highly preferred
Demonstrates professionalism unwavering respect within all levels of an organization
Bachelors degree highly preferred
