    About the Role:

    Wayfair is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Enterprise organization. This role plays an important part in enabling executive and business effectiveness through proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized support in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant who is curious about the business and takes the time to understand their leaders’ goals, priorities, and broader organizational context. This person takes ownership of complex priorities, anticipates needs, exercises strong judgment, and approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented and customer-focused mindset. They bring exceptional organization and attention to detail while building trusted relationships across teams and adapting quickly as business priorities evolve.

    This is an opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to deepen their executive partnership and business acumen, broaden their organizational impact, and contribute to a strong and collaborative EA/EBP community.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide proactive executive support to 3-4 senior leaders, developing a strong understanding of their business priorities to anticipate needs and provide informed support.

    • Manage complex global calendars and travel, using business priorities to make thoughtful scheduling decisions, navigate competing demands, and adapt as needs change.

    • Own and support projects tied to executive and team priorities, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and driving work through completion.

    • Bring a customer-focused mindset by asking thoughtful questions and applying what you learn to better support your executives, their teams, and the business.

    • Coordinate meeting materials, executive communications, offsites, and team events to keep leaders prepared and support effective follow-through.

    • Contribute to a strong EA/EBP community by improving processes, sharing best practices, leveraging technology and AI to increase efficiency, and providing coverage as needed.

    • Manage expenses and administrative operations with accuracy and discretion, including handling sensitive and confidential information.


    What You’ll Need:

    • 3+ years of administrative or Executive Assistant experience, including experience supporting Director-level or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take ownership with limited direction.

    • Sound judgment and confidence to make decisions within your scope and escalate when needed.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.

    • Curiosity about the business and a desire to understand broader team, company, and customer priorities.

    • Adaptability and composure when navigating ambiguity, change, and new challenges.

    • Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite, with curiosity and adaptability in learning and using AI and new technologies.
