Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring budget alignment and project feasibility. This position requires collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to deliver competitive and well-prepared bids.

Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and evaluate potential project risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Participate in bid reviews and presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of costs and pricing for materials and labor.
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing fluctuations in construction materials and labor.
• Support contract negotiations by providing detailed cost analysis and insights.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:

• Experience with construction cost estimating and preparing competitive bids.
