Job Description

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Develop comprehensive quantity takeoffs and pricing analyses.

Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.

Review plans, specifications, and project requirements for bidding opportunities.

Partner with business development, preconstruction, and operations teams on project pursuits.

Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.

Present estimate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate cost databases and market pricing information.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Senior Estimator or Estimator ready for advancement.

Background estimating projects for a commercial or industrial general contractor.

Experience with industrial, manufacturing, distribution, mission-critical, or similar projects preferred.

Knowledge of steel and concrete construction preferred.

Experience with Bluebeam, Sage Timberline, BuildingConnected, Primavera P6, or similar software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
