Our goal is to hire the country's top talent and allow them to create an environment within the U.S. where they can do their best work.Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced client-facing Senior Enterprise Life Sciences Manager / Enterprise Life Sciences Manager to lead our relationships with some of the largest names in life sciences; pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and work with them to ensure impeccable service and thoughtful guidance on getting the most out of RxVantage's expanding offerings and capabilities. The right candidate is a natural at building strong partnerships and has demonstrated success growing client relationships (cross-selling/up-selling). This is a vital role at the company within the Life Science client services and sales organization.What you'll be doingManage a specific book of business within the Enterprise Life Science client portfolio, delivering and elevating value across existing partnerships.Become a trusted advisor to customer executives, serving as a strategic partner who helps them understand and maximize the business value from their use of RxVantageConduct analysis (including using Tableau, SQL, Excel) and provide data-driven presentations to Customers on RxVantage's business impact and opportunitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers and communication between the established Enterprise Life Science clients and internal team members.Drive successful, consistent, and on-time renewals and effectively partner with sales to identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, challenges, objectives, and key stakeholders.Collaborate with RxVantage's implementation and operations team to ensure timely and successful new client onboarding and continuous service delivery.Communicate customer needs and insights to product and marketing teams to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market planning.The ideal candidate5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, sales, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaSExceptional communication skills and executive presence (both written and verbal), creating presentations with a cohesive and engaging storylineComfortable understanding and reporting data and performance metrics, with the ability to tell a story and provide recommendationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to structure a plan, align stakeholders and see it through to executionEntrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, work around blockers and seek creative ways to raise the barDemonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative, cross-functional team and partner environmentPassion for science and technology - you believe in the amazing impact our clients have on humanity and are passionate about new technologies and their potential impact on the status quoExperience with Salesforce or other CRMBS or BA Required100% Company-Paid Premiums for Employee's Medical Health, Vision, and Dental PlansShort-term and Long-term DisabilityLife Insurance401k MatchingWork from Anywhere!Flexible PTO - Take the time when you want it!100% Paid Parental Leave, $5k stipend to assist with expenses, & an “Ease-Back” return to work programDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and FinanceIndustries: Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
