    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in land development and grading in the residential sector. The ideal candidate will bring a specialty in drainage and stormwater management, contributing to our diverse project portfolio. This role offers significant career advancement opportunities, including potential ownership within a 5-year plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project planning and management for various civil engineering projects.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within the team.


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land development and grading.
    • Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.
    • Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.
