Brown & Brown is seeking an Senior Employee Benefits Client Account Manager to join our growing team in Tory, MI!

The Senior Employee Benefits Client Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting the delivery of high-quality service across an assigned book of Employee Benefits accounts. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, support renewals and ongoing service needs, and partner closely with Producers and internal teammates.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Serve as a primary or shared point of contact for assigned employee benefits clients

  • Support and lead renewals, including data gathering, marketing coordination, and client deliverables

  • Partner with Producers to support client strategy, retention, and growth initiatives

  • Coordinate plan design, funding analysis, vendor selection, and contribution modeling as appropriate for the role level

  • Assist with self‑funded, level‑funded, and fully insured arrangements (experience dependent)

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Analysts, and other teammates to deliver consistent service

  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance support, and adherence to service standards

  • Participate in client meetings, renewal presentations, and enrollment activities

  • Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented culture through knowledge sharing and support

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • Experience in Employee Benefits within a brokerage (preferred)

  • Background in client service, renewals, or account management

  • Comfort working with clients and internal partners

  • Interest in growing responsibility and expanding benefits expertise

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

  • Exposure to funding strategies, analytics, or vendor management is a plus (not required for all levels)
