Senior Director- Program Execution Project Management and GTM Readiness

The Sr. Director, Program Execution, Project Management and GTM Readiness will provide senior leadership for Sage's global GTM transformation portfolio, establishing the strategy, governance, prioritization, and operating rhythm needed to deliver large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive growth, improve GTM effectiveness, and support sustainable adoption across regions and customer-facing teams. This role will translate GTM transformation priorities into an enterprise-wide execution portfolio and lead a team responsible for taking complex programs from strategy and business case through delivery, adoption, benefits realization, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director will also serve as a key executive partner to the VP, representing the function in governance forums, stakeholder discussions, escalations, and transformation decision-making.

Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Support, and regional teams, this role will align priorities, navigate enterprise-level trade-offs, and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Beyond project delivery, this role will build the governance, operating model, delivery standards, capabilities, and executive visibility needed to scale GTM transformation globally.

This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week.
