Job Overview: Lead and scale core HR operational functions during rapid growth. Build world-class people infrastructure for a high-performance organization. Report to CHRO. Design and execute scalable strategies across Total Rewards, HR Systems, and HR Compliance. Support corporateand manufacturing environments. Based in Charlotte, NC, with regular collaboration across locations and functions. Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing HR operations teams across functional areas.
  • ct as strategic partner to CHRO and HR leadership, contributing to enterprise-wide people strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Production, and business leaders for integrated, customer-centric solutions.
  • Champion culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Drive design and administration of competitive, equitable total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and recognition.
  • Ensure total rewards align with business strategy, talent philosophy, market positioning, attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Oversee job leveling and pay governance for competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and scalability.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders on headcount planning, compensation budgeting, and incentive design.
  • Own HR technology lifecycle, including HRIS, compensation/benefits administration, and related tools for scalability, data integrity, and excellent employee experience.
  • Drive improvements through automation, data analytics, process optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Lead HR compliance strategy across federal, state, and local employment laws/regulations.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant, consistently applied, and aligned with organizational values.
  • Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation for HR operations.
  • Serve as trusted partner within HR, Compliance, and external groups on compliance matters.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years progressive HR experience, with significant leadership in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems.
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, technology, or fast-growing environments strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to scale HR operations in high-growth transformation environments.
  • Strong business acumen balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience leading and developing senior-level teams.
