    Our client, a well-established and growing commercial real estate organization, is seeking a Senior Director of Communications to lead its corporate communications and investor relations functions. This role will shape the company's narrative, strengthen internal and external stakeholder communications, support capital raising, and investor engagement.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic communications leader with strong business acumen who can partner with senior leadership and external partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute corporate communications and investor relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead investor communications and fundraising materials, including presentations, performance updates, reports, newsletters, and capital-raising materials.
    • Develop executive messaging, press releases, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and other corporate content.
    • Lead internal and external communications, including executive communications, company announcements, media relations, and crisis communications.
    • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate complex information clearly and consistently.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications.
    • Experience with fundraising, capital raising, investor communications, or financial reporting.
    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Comfortable working with senior executives, investors, and confidential financial information.
