Senior Director of Advancement
Lowell, MA

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Advancement who wants to lead fundraising strategy while staying personally involved in the relationships that drive philanthropic growth.

You’ll step into a hands-on leadership role managing a donor portfolio, cultivating significant gifts, developing institutional partnerships, and leading an advancement team. This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys being a player-coach while working closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organization’s mission.

• Base salary of $150,000–$175,000
• Onsite 5 days per week with direct access to organizational leadership
• Hands-on ownership of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

• You bring 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience
• You have successfully managed your own donor portfolio
• You have a proven track record of cultivating and securing major gifts
• You have experience managing and developing fundraising or advancement professionals
• You’re comfortable serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on fundraiser
• You hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred
• Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, education, or public-sector experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$175,000
