Senior DevOps Developer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to play a critical role in designing, automating, and supporting cloud based infrastructure and application environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to play a critical role in designing, automating, and supporting cloud based infrastructure and application environments. This position will help drive platform reliability, scalability, security, and deployment efficiency while partnering closely with development and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will lead initiatives that improve system performance, enhance operational maturity, and streamline software delivery processes through modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code principles

• Develop, configure, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security

• Manage and support Azure API Management services to enable secure and efficient API integrations

• Administer and optimize ActiveMQ messaging environments to maintain high availability and system performance

• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace and other observability tools while proactively addressing issues

• Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git based repositories and deployment automation practices

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, and integration issues across multiple environments

• Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices, automation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technical roles

• Strong hands on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies

• Proven expertise designing and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud solutions

• Experience implementing and managing Azure API Management services

• Strong knowledge of ActiveMQ or comparable enterprise messaging platforms

• Experience utilizing Dynatrace or similar monitoring, observability, and performance management tools

• Proficiency with Git based version control platforms such as Bitbucket or GitHub and CI/CD pipeline automation

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance standards

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments

• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and system optimization techniques

• Experience supporting highly available and distributed enterprise environments
