    Who are Flipside?

We reside in the sweet spot where strategy and creativity meet high-tech delivery, enjoying the best of both worlds. We are a closely-knit creative team supported by a vast global network.

    Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who is, first and foremost, a visual craftsperson — someone who sets a high bar for what polished, on-brand digital design looks like. You bring strong UX instincts to every project combined with visually stunning UI: bold visuals, sophisticated typography, and an eye for the detail that separates good from great.

You'll design enterprise websites, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and omnichannel campaigns across multiple clients and sectors, partnering with strategists, analysts, developers, account leads, and project managers throughout a project’s entirety. You present with confidence, take critique well, and make the work better every round.

    What you Bring

    Experience & Portfolio

    • 4–6 years of total experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting
    • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design quality, conceptual range, and strategic thinking across web, mobile, and digital campaign work
    • Proven experience shipping design across a range of touchpoints: enterprise websites, campaign microsites, mobile applications, web applications, and social campaigns

    Visual Design & UI

    • Mastery of visual design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, color, spacing, and layout
    • Extensive experience building and contributing to design systems that scale across web, mobile, and digital channels
    • Ability to define or extend a brand’s visual language into digital design systems
    • A strong command of information design: shaping complex content to be scannable, understandable, and navigable

    UX & Strategy

    • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and information architecture
    • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and the ability to apply them in practice
    • Experience with user research methods, including usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis
    • Ability to define and apply user personas, journeys, and flows to inform design decisions

    Tools

    • Mastery of Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote for client-ready presentations

    Mindset & Working Style

    • Self-directed and resilient — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping quality or communication
    • An articulate presenter: you can walk a room through your rationale and hold your own with senior stakeholders
    • Collaborative by nature: you give actionable feedback, elevate your teammates, and push the work forward

Bonus Skills (nice to have, not required)

    • Motion design and animation
    • Illustration or custom iconography
    • Photoshoot art direction
    • Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven interfaces or XR environments

    $90,000 - $120,000
