Requirements
7+ years of design experience at a brand, studio, or agency–likely in fashion, lifestyle, editorial, or culture
A portfolio that shows taste: restraint, exceptional use of typography, and world-building (not trend-chasing)
You understand design at its core and are excited to bring that philosophy to a category that's never seen it done right
Comfortable working inside someone else's vision: you disagree usefully, bring your craft, and don't need to be the author
Direct, low-ego, and energized by working shoulder-to-shoulder with a small team where the best idea wins
Obsessive about details, operate with speed, and delivers on-time in-full
Multi-disciplinary: this role is for someone who doesn't fit neatly into one "graphic designer" box
A contact book of freelance design/production talent is a plus
Photo-editing skills are a plus
Animation/motion-graphics skills are a plus
Benefits
Full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) based in New York City
