Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our Facilities Sector.The Senior Design Manager leads and oversees multiple capital improvement projects with a strong focus on seismic upgrades, critical repairs, retrofits, and engineering repair initiatives. This role manages multidisciplinary design teams and coordinates the District’s architectural and engineering (A&E) design review process to ensure projects meet programmatic, budgetary, environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Design Manager collaborates closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and District stakeholders to drive project delivery, maintain schedule objectives, and ensure compliance with District design standards and educational facility requirements. Through effective leadership and oversight, the position ensures that new construction and modernization projects are delivered with high-quality design solutions that support both operational and educational goals.
