Description

Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr

Job Overview:

Support the senior lead with program coordination, dependency and risk tracking, governance, documentation, meeting cadence, and stakeholder follow-through. Some understanding of wealth management or data programs is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Product Owner or Program Lead.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, cryptocurrency, and related business processes.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Dataiku.
  • Prior experience working with wealth management teams.
