4 plus years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related technology disciplines.
Extensive experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable visualization platforms.
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques.
Experience working with Agile, Product, Engineering, or Technology delivery organizations.
Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful business insights and executive narratives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Database Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Database Engineering deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Database Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Database Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Database Engineering.
Required Qualifications:
4 plus years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Note:
Location: Charlotte, NC
Part of Product Transformation for TCOO.
Overall transformation for product and AI tools.
Finding bottlenecks, development lifecycles, tracking and managing agile metrics.
Proving what good looks like and building the narrative of how they’re improving development in the organization.
Right now there’s not a great data ecosystem that allows for pulling together data from multiple data sources ranging from BI tools to manual spreadsheets.
Need to be versed in tying data sources together and using manual resources.
Reporting and analytics people, but not just someone who builds dashboards. Needs to think outside the box and identify trends.
Needs to be independent and able to drive transformation overall.
Shouldn’t need to be directed line by line on the project.
Visualizations being built should be able to be snipped and presented in executive presentations; this person won’t be the one presenting.
Team is going to consist of the 2 contractors, an AI engineering analytics person, strategy DAC person, Product operating model person.
Dotted line relationships with all other TCOO groups.

RTO schedule - 3 days in office MANDATORY

Pay Range: $52-$54/hr
