We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join a collaborative, team‑based print manufacturing environment supporting customers in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, and food. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys being the central point of coordination between customers, sales, and production.
Duties:
As a key member of a small, high‑performing customer service team, you will:
- Serve as the primary in‑house contact for assigned customers and outside sales representatives, managing a defined book of business
- Communicate with customers primarily via email (80%) and phone (20%) regarding order status, proofs, specifications, estimates, shipping details, and issue resolution
- Organize and manage sales order information, including creation of detailed internal specification documents
- Accurately enter orders into the order management system, ensuring precision and completeness
- Collaborate closely with production, sales, and quality teams to ensure orders are planned and executed correctly
- Attend daily production meetings to support workflow, priorities, and delivery commitments
- Follow established ISO and cGMP quality procedures and work instructions within a regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Experience in printing, labels, packaging, or custom manufacturing
