We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist for a team-based print manufacturing environment supporting regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, and food.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and outside sales, managing orders, communicating via email and phone, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. You will organize sales information, create detailed specifications, and follow ISO and cGMP quality procedures.
Requirements include 3+ years in customer service or account management, experience in printing or packaging industries, high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Details: Full-time, onsite in Saint Paul, Monday-Friday, $26-$31/hr plus annual bonus potential (~$4K). No sales involved; bonus based on team performance. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of background.
