As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will draft and respond to discovery requests and pleadings in employment-related matters, draft and argue motions before state and federal courts or arbitration settings, and take and defend depositions related to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and similar claims. You will also play a critical role in advising clients on complex labor and employment matters.
