Senior Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team in Houston, TX. Our client is an established organization within the oil and gas industry, and this position will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate, professional, technical, and operational positions supporting the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills and previous recruiting experience within the oil and gas industry or a closely related energy environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and support ongoing workforce needs. Full-time, direct hire opportunity (not a temporary position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand position requirements, workforce needs, and hiring priorities
• Recruit for corporate, professional, technical, and operational positions supporting the oil and gas industry
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and identify qualified active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and industry contacts
• Conduct candidate screenings, present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Provide insight on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting conditions within the Houston oil and gas market
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate or in-house recruiting environment
• Previous recruiting experience within the oil and gas or energy industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and/or operational positions
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Knowledge of the Houston oil and gas talent market highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
