About the Role
A growing organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team across corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to take ownership of key legal processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Manage corporate governance and entity maintenance, including formations, dissolutions, annual filings, and minute books
Maintain and organize corporate records and compliance documentation
Support M&A and transactional work, including due diligence, closings, and document tracking
Draft and review corporate documents (resolutions, agreements, certificates)
Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance
Assist with process improvement and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal
Strong experience with corporate governance and entity management
Exposure to M&A, finance, or real estate transactions preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Base Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
