What a Senior Corporate Counsel will do
Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements
Partner directly with executives and business leaders on strategic initiatives
Advise on legal, operational, and commercial risks
Support procurement, sourcing, supplier, and customer relationships
Provide practical guidance that helps move the business forward
Manage a diverse range of legal matters in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For
Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills

Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities

J.D. with a solid academic record and the ability to practice law in Tennessee.
Large law firm transactional training with a focus on Corporate, M&A, or commercial transactions
Procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or vendor contracting experience
Experience supporting growth-oriented businesses
