As a Senior Consulting Project Manager - Retail and Consumer Goods, you will lead complex, multi-track programs for top-tier RCG clients, ensuring technical delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes. You'll act as the primary orchestrator-building trust with C-level executives, managing stakeholders, and driving engagements that blend innovation with commercial success. Bachelors Degree in related field AND 12+ years' experience in project management
OR equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
6+ years financial management experience
Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
Demonstrated experience in Retail Consumer Goods.
Experienced in presenting to executive leaders and ability to communicate strategic value to customers.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-track programs and translate technical delivery into business outcomes.
Background in consulting or practice leadership, with ability to run engagements "like a business".
Proven track record of influencing strategy and building long-term customer relationships.
Consulting Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,500 - $214,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $154,500 - $231,700 per year.
