Construction Project Manager

Exceptional software skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Sage 300 CRE / Microsoft Office). * Direct and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers toward project completion.

* Cost control management, including contracts, change orders and cost reports
* Safety management
* Submittal review and processing, tracking, and reporting
* Submit, track, and issue responses to RFI"s
* Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
* Review subcontractor progress requisitions
* Direct and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers toward project completion
* Distribute, track, and coordinate completion of punch lists

ABOUT YOU:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering (Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical preferred)
* Minimum of 8 years" experience required
* Exceptional software skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Sage 300 CRE / Microsoft Office)
* OSHA Certified
* Excellent interpersonal, organization
