Senior Consultant - BigID Privacy Portal & Core

Senior Consultant — BigID (Contract, Hybrid, Dallas, TX 75252)

This is a contract role. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant with deep, practical experience across the BigID Privacy Portal and BigID Core product. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX (75252). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.

Engagement Type: Contract (W2).
Rate: $45–$55/hour on W2.
Work Authorization: Per client requirement, candidates must be visa-independent (no current or future visa sponsorship required).

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience across the different workflows of the BigID Privacy Portal
• Strong BigID Core product knowledge

BigID Privacy Portal — Hands-On Experience Required

• Access, Delete, and Correction workflows
• Configuring notifications at each stage of these workflows
• BigID Core connection to BigID Privacy Portal and the BigID Me Agent (MEA)
• Relationship between MEA Roles Privacy Portal Permissions Permission Group
• Configuring individual rights intake forms (Consumer and Employee intake forms)
• Privacy Portal profile mapping to BigID Core profile mapping
• Adding new systems to the Privacy Portal — Consumer/Employee profiles
• Privacy Portal integrations: Experian, MyAccount, SAP, and Entra ID SSO

BigID Core — Product Topics (excludes infrastructure)

• BigID Core connectivity to BigID Privacy Portal (ports/firewalls, etc.)
• Individual Rights Scans and running manual scans in BigID Core
• Correlation sets and how they relate to the individual rights enrichment process (Customer and Employee enrichment)
• Configuring privacy report templates
• Data mapping: different mapping types by profile (Customer/Employee), updating friendly names, and updating masking/exclusion for Customer and Employee profiles
• Relationship between MEA Roles BigID Core roles
• Scan profiles in BigID Core and understanding which profiles are used for individual rights requests
• Configuring new data sources and updating existing data sources in BigID Core
• Data discovery: running data source scans, compiling the data map/findings, partnering with Privacy to update the data map (friendly names/exclusions/masking), and onboarding new data sources into the Privacy Portal individual rights profile
• BigID Core — Entra ID SSO integration
• Running DSAR data validations to ensure platform integrity post upgrades/maintenance

Nice-to-Have / Secondary Skills

• Experience with other BigID apps (PIA, RoPA, etc.)
• Experience with Docker + Kubernetes
• Cloud experience (AWS); Linux experience a plus
• Engaging multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customer environments
• Upgrading BigID versions and configurations
• Experience handling vulnerabilities
