Senior Construction Manager - Aerial

Our utility client in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Aerial responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of aerial line construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. The qualified candidate must have 10+ years of experience in aerial line, ability to oversee multiple crews and be the liaison between crews, Project Managers, Engineers, Project Construction Management, and valid Driver's License.

Job Title: Sr Construction Manager - Aerial
Location: Berwyn, PA and various job site locations
Job Type and Duration: 2 + year contract, Mainly working Monday-Friday but could do some nights and weekends depending on crew schedules.

Our utility client in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Aerial responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of aerial line construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities may include:
Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Managing project risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies.
Procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.

The qualified candidate must have 10+ years of experience in aerial line, ability to oversee multiple crews and be the liaison between crews, Project Managers, Engineers, Project Construction Management, and valid Driver's License.
