Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
  • Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
