Job Description Summary:

The Senior Consultant (manager) plays a key role in building engagement and developing culture among the 35,000 associates, providers, and volunteers at OhioHealth.
This position manages content creation and strategic communication plans specifically for OhioHealth physicians, APPs, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) and other clinical communication support, as needed, and is accountable for supporting Clinical Enterprise leadership.
This role develops and executes strategic internal communication plans and content that educates, motivates, and engages audiences. The position collaborates with peers in the Marketing Communications department to maximize content opportunities, create integrated strategic marketing communications plans and provide high-value content experiences for our internal audiences.
The senior consultant serves as the liaison with various executive leaders and is an active member of integrated teams throughout the organization.
While this position is not a leader of people, ability to lead through influence and mentor junior team members is required for success.
