Aderant is working to mature DevOps processes and automationfor our suite of products to support the legal industry, andyouwill beleading the charge.We support multiple applicationson aglobal scalefor thousands of law firmsand arededicated to being best in class with our offerings. We are looking toimprove uptime and reliability,reduce application delivery time,improvecompliance againstindustrysecuritystandards,manage costs,make our teams’ lives easier through automation and AI usage. We are constantly evolving our strategy to minimize complexity and promote scalability, functionality, and user experience. You will work with our global DevOps team tomakethis happen.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the architecture, solution design, implementation, and/or support of Aderant’s Cloud Products and Offerings
Consultant and trusted advisor to Senior Managementfor cloudarchitecture and strategy
Guidance and hands-on contribution to maturing DevOps processes and automation
Infrastructure deployment and automation with Terraform and CloudFormation
Expansionandadvancementofmulti-clusterKubernetesecosystem
Improving CI/CD processes with automation, validation, and monitoring
Cost management through architecture insight and operational oversight
Ensure security posture meets SOC2 standards
Maturingmonitoringstrategy,includingalerting, andimproved responsiveness
Develop andmaintaindocumentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures
Bring existing industry knowledge and best practices to implement and improve the DevOps posture at scale for the organization
ImprovingIncident Response processesthroughhands-on work and automation
Qualifications:
5+years of experience in a Cloud/DevOps/Platform Engineeringrole
Computer Science or Engineeringor equivalent experience
Kubernetes skills, especially at scale(CertifiedKubernetesAdministratoror CertifiedKubernetesApplicationDevelopercertifications a plus)
DevOps and CI/CD tools experience (e.g. – GitHubActions, Azure DevOps, etc.) including deployments to Kubernetes clusters and VMs
Expertise in AWSand Azure,especiallycompute, networking, storage, identity, and cost management
Proficiency inPythonor Go,andscripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
Hands on Observabilitytooling experience (Grafana,Datadog, Azure Monitor, etc.)
Experience with Infrastructure as Codetools(Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Experiencewith AI tools, suchasClaudeCode,ChatGPT,Cursor,orCoPilot
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strongunderstanding ofDevOps processes and interactions
