Senior Client Representative

You’ll support a complex book of business and work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and Brokers. You’ll help clients with marketing, claims, renewals, sales support, and day to day service needs. This role is a fit if you like solving problems, staying organized, and working with people who count on clear, timely help.

You’ll handle client service work for assigned accounts and help keep work moving across marketing, claims, administration, renewals, and sales support. You’ll respond to client questions, research complex issues, and work with carriers or agents to find answers. You’ll also keep clear notes on client conversations and help prepare renewals, client presentations, and new business materials.

You’ll support enrollment meetings and implementation steps, and you’ll help clients understand important legal updates that affect their coverage. Because these accounts can have complex needs, you’ll need to stay calm, organized, and focused on details while building trusted relationships with clients and teammates.

• You can manage multiple client requests and keep track of details accurately.
• You can research complex service issues and follow through until they’re resolved.
• You can explain information clearly to clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• You’re comfortable working with renewals, presentations, and client meeting prep.
• You can keep accurate records of client conversations and service activity.
• You can support enrollment meetings and implementation work.
• You work well with others and can also handle tasks on your own.
• You’re comfortable learning procedures and following established processes.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience.

Preferred: Appropriate license

Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
