Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Site Project Manager to lead its Civil Site Division. This role offers the opportunity to oversee land development projects, guide plan production, and manage civil site design from due diligence through construction documentation and permitting.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, clear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to leading teams and delivering successful projects.
Lead the Civil Site Division and guide project teams through land development design and documentation.
Complete due diligence reports and prepare and direct the production of schematic and construction plans.
Design stormwater drainage systems and review and develop stormwater quality and quantity calculations.
Prepare drainage reports and stormwater technical information reports.
Perform utility design and calculations for potable water, gravity sewer, and pressure sanitary sewer systems.
Develop and review site grading plans and earthwork calculations.
Compile construction and bid documents, including project specifications.
Coordinate permitting activities and secure required project permits.
Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
Support team collaboration and maintain a positive working environment.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Proficiency in AutoCAD design and drafting.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of civil site development design fundamentals.
Experience reviewing and developing stormwater quality and quantity calculations and technical reports.
Utility design experience involving potable water, gravity sewer, and pressure sanitary sewer systems.
Understanding of grading design and earthwork calculations.
Experience preparing construction and bid documents, including project specifications.
Experience with HEC-RAS modeling.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
A team-oriented approach and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
